Do you need to print your documents to a memory stick or Email them?
1. Create a folder on your desktop.
2. Assuming you are using Windows 10, when you select print, and it asks you which printer to use, select “Print to Microsoft PDF”
3. It will then ask you to choose a location – choose that folder – Name the file by its page reference e.g. 1.1 if it is the index.
2.1 for CEO appointment, etc.
4. Once complete, save to memory stick. Ironically, the time taken to do this is way shorter than running through the print sequence!
