How it works

From WhatsApp to a site-ready file.

Two short steps for you, two for us. Send your company name, confirm a handful of project details, and we compile a safety file built around your work — with a written rationale for every document.

The process

The four steps, in detail.

1
60 seconds

Get a quote on WhatsApp

Send us your company name and trade. We reply with a clear quote — no online form to wade through, no consultant calling you back.

2
5 minutes

Confirm your project

We ask for the basics: site address, principal contractor, start date, duration, headcount, and a short scope. None of it requires you to know the OHS Act by heart.

3
Same day

We compile and check

Documents are selected against your project from a library of regulation-derived templates — risk assessments, method statements, legal appointments, registers and permits — then reviewed by an experienced safety practitioner.

4
Site-ready

Receive your file

Your safety file and the Compliance Rationale Report arrive together, print-ready and organised, so you can bind it and take it straight to the gate.

What we need

What we need from you.

About the same detail you'd put in a project kick-off email. None of it asks you to interpret the legislation yourself.

  • Site address and the principal contractor name
  • Project start date and expected duration
  • Number of workers who will be on site
  • A short scope of the work (e.g. "rewire of a single-storey factory")
  • Trade-specific details — voltages for electrical, depth and shoring for excavation, and so on
  • An email or number we can send the finished file to
What you get

What we deliver.

One organised package, with both the file and its rationale report together.

  • The safety file — site-specific and aligned to the OHS Act and Construction Regulations 2014
  • A detailed document index — every document listed by name
  • The Compliance Rationale Report — every document tied to its clause of legislation
  • Print-ready formatting — ready to bind for the site copy
  • Delivered as one organised pack you can store and print
Behind the scenes

How the file gets built.

When your project details arrive, the right documents are selected from a library of regulation-derived templates — risk assessments, method statements, legal appointments, registers and permits — based on the trades, hazards and conditions you described.

An experienced practitioner reviews the file before it goes out, so the document set is correct for the specific job and the Compliance Rationale Report matches what's inside.

The result is a file that's defensible at the gate and sized to the actual work — not a generic pack with everything thrown in.

The Compliance Rationale Report is the part contractors tell us they value most. For every document in your file, it states why the document is there and the clause of legislation behind it — so a difficult inspection becomes a short conversation.
FAQs

Questions about the process.

What information do I need to give you?+
Standard project information: site address, principal contractor, start date and duration, the number of workers on site, and a short scope. The trade-specific section adds detail relevant to your work — voltages and working at height for electrical, confined-space and excavation detail for plumbing and civils. It takes about five minutes.
What if I get a project detail wrong?+
Tell us as soon as you spot it. Corrections made before the file is finalised are free, and minor fixes afterwards — a corrected company name or start date — are sorted quickly. A materially different project (new site, different trades) is treated as a new file.
Can I get a printed copy?+
Yes. The standard delivery is a digital pack you can print yourself. If you'd prefer a printed and bound copy sent to you, let us know when we set up your file and we'll arrange it.
How fast can you turn it around?+
Most files are compiled the same day. If you have a genuine emergency — a site agent at the gate and a crew waiting — say so on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's possible.
